In 2011, Todd Downing adapted the original Airship Daedalus comic strip scripts to a retro radio drama format, with a fictional sponsor, a full voice cast, sound effects and vintage-style hiss and crackle.
The Airship Daedalus Radio Adventures were a four-part reprise of the comic strip stories, with additional material, recorded at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in Seattle, WA, for the now-defunct Moon Bullet Studios (now published by Despot Media).

From masked vigilantes to ghost hunters and private detectives, AEGIS Tales Radio Adventures also includes a four-part adaptation of the Airship Daedalus novel The Golden City.
